Simpler phone number searches
We hear you: searching for phone numbers shouldn’t be complicated. So now whenever you look up a client’s digits, Neo® Software will ignore spaces and special characters and search only for the number. You’ll experience this improved functionality through:
  • Global (power) search.

Your questions answered
Q: How can I easily view a patient’s current age and most recent weight without having multiple tabs open or going back and forth between the overview and consultation?
A: Look to the Patient Quicklist at the top of the page to view the active patient’s age/date of birth, most-recently entered weight, client phone number, and more! Don’t see the Patient Quicklist? Scroll up! Don’t see the patient? Click the down arrow!

Q: How do I review a list of appointments scheduled by a specific user?
A: Run the Appointment Summary under Reports for the desired date range. Then click Export CSV to view additional appointment details, including who created the appointment (column T of the spreadsheet).

 

Q: Are reminders sent for deceased and inactive pets?
A: Once a patient is marked deceased or inactive, reminders will not be sent for that patient.
