New: Callbacks and communication notes now in the Comms Log tab
To give you an even more comprehensive view of communications with each individual client, the new Comms Log tab now includes callbacks and the ability to add communications notes. As a reminder, it also shows email and SMS messages sent to the client, and it lets you filter by communication type, description, date, or staff member.
Q: February is National Pet Dental Health Month: How can I create a mass mailing for patients that previously received a dental cleaning? A: To create a mass mailing in Neo Software, first create a new or update an existing Forms & Certificates template to use for the mailing message. Then, to send out a patient-specific mailing, use the Patient Mailing List with filters for Products and Signalment report.
Misspelled words will be underlined in red on consultation notes, forms, and certificates.
To correct spelling errors, press CTRL (or CMD) + right-click on a misspelled word to display a list of spelling recommendations. Then select the appropriate recommendation to correct the misspelled word.
