New: An easier way to see when appointments were updated
It’s easier than ever to pinpoint when an appointment was updated and by whom. Just click the appointment to open the popover card, and you’ll see a new tab called Appointment Timeline that lists when the appointment was created, updated, rescheduled, or confirmed. But why stop there: we’ve added a new timeline to the appointments in the client record as well that shows all the same timeline events, including more information for cancelled and deleted appointments.

Q: Which report should I use to print my end-of-year inventory stock levels? A: Review the Inventory Valuation report to obtain the value of your year-end inventory as part of your End-of-Year process.
The Inventory Valuation report lists current stock levels and the current cost (value) of your inventory. You should run it after completing all invoicing for the year, performing a cycle count, and adjusting stock levels and costs where needed.
To run the Inventory Valuation report, click your name and select Reports. Then search for and click on Inventory Valuation.
Note: Because the Inventory Valuation report doesn’t include date range as a report parameter, it must be printed exactly when it's needed in order to report correct values. For example, run the report on the last day of the year to obtain end-of-year inventory totals. Q: Can I get a list of my top clients, so I can send out holiday cards? A: Your top 1,000 clients can be found on the Clients By Amount Invoiced (Top 1000) report. Create a holiday message using a Forms & Certificates template first. Then run the Clients By Amount Invoiced (Top 1000) report for the year, select your template, and print or send personalized holiday letters or emails. Want to send season’s greetings to all your active clients or patients? Use the Client Mailing Lists (Newsletters, SMS, Email) or Patient Mailing Lists with filters for products and signalment instead.
